Edgar Garcia is the Principal at Tonopah Valley High School in
Tonopah, Arizona. He received his B.A. from Arizona State University and
his Masters from Northern Arizona University. Garcia has been in
education for more than 10 years and has taught in both elementary and
secondary settings.

Health. She was formerly a provider for the Arizona Rural Health Team at
Clinica Adelante, Inc.

years of business experience in the computer software development
industry specializing in human resource information systems and payroll
tax processing. She has a degree in Business Administration from the
University of Tulsa and in Computer Information Systems from Washington
University in St. Louis, Missouri.
James Moffatt Moffatt began his architectural career working under George
Christensen. In 2002, Jim created J. Moffatt & Associates, which
focuses on exceptional, livable homes.
Samuel Murillo is a Sr. Reporter at La
Voz Arizona. He graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California
and the Instituto Cecades in Senora. Murillo has more than 14 years of
experience in journalism, specializing in coverage of social, economic
and border issues.
Janet Olson, RN, MN is Founder and Executive
Director of APECA. She has considerable experience in multiple aspects
of nursing practice. Olson has a strong background in education and
advocacy, focusing on all aspects of sexual trauma, exploitation, abuse
and self-injury. She is a recipient of the 2009 Hon Kachina Volunteer
Award.
Lynda Riffle, CPA, is an Independent Consultant and
Regional Vice President with Arbonne International. She is a graduate of
Southern Utah University.
